I ordered the 2.0 mm and its very strong. You cant bend it. Still trying to figure out how to cut it. Tried a router and it burned it into a smoldering pile of goo. Once I figure out cutting it should work for my needs

Looks good nicely made sheet, lightweight and stiff in 2.0mm I needed less thick so returned and got 1.5mm this looked ok but when cut on a water jet one piece bubbled and the other cut fine. Not sure at this point as other similar materials cut fine on the same waterjet. Should maybe be three stars but I went ahead and did four.

This is a must have for printing with nylon filament. The carbon fiber bed plate will not warp, and it has really good adhesion with a mixture of gluestick, aleene tacky blue gel, and vinegar water. All other bed surfaces have failed when printing nylon due to nylon filament not sticking to the bed. So far this is the best price out there for carbon fiber sheets. The pei sheets don't last, Ive tried them all. The triangle lab black powdercoated steel sheets are good with nylon too, but they will warp due to the thin metal bed plate.

Why is this carbon fiber so much heavier then other sellers? I could tell as soon as I opened the package that this is much heavier than any carbon fiber I've ever bought. My scale says it's about 85g heavier than my other 2mm sheets of the same size... So every other sheet I have is only about 2/3 the weight of this sheet. But it does appear to be real cf... I think... although I haven't cut into yet and I'm not sure I'll even use it because of its weight. Its also has a deep blue tint which looks great but was not mentioned as far as I can tell from the listing, looks good unless u need it to match the normal gray and black cf. Bottom line is I wouldn't buy from here again, I buy cf because every gram counts and this is simply too heavy.
