This is a wonderful little press. Very well made, heavy duty, easy to use, and makes great prints. The weight of the wood of the press itself does most of the work, and it takes very little “heft” to operate. I highly recommend this press. It has been something I have wanted to have for a very long time and I am immensely pleased to have it in my studio. I have made my first print, and it worked beautifully. The press works fine, but in the US I got slapped with an extra import fee from FedEx. First time this has happened with an order. I wish I knew about this beforehand; I assumed 'free shipping' meant that I would not have to pay for shipping-related costs. It would have been nice for the seller to disclose this.

This press is exactly like other presses that come at a much higher price. The press does ship from turkey so there is the potential for the price to increase due to tariffs or custom fees. It is a very sturdy and well made press. All the metal components are 1/4 steel .

This is the fantastic press. Quality construction and faster than expected delivery. It may take some patience to adjust the press to fit your style. Stick with it. Much sturdier than similar presses.

Good construction overall. The bar that presses down on the tile is a bit short, so you just have to keep a light touch when pressing, but it works. Press too hard and the bar slips below the fixed bar, that acts as a stop. I'll need to purchase felt to help, since it wasn't included, which is no big deal, but it was supposed to be included. It was packed well, and arrived quickly, from Turkey.
