I can't believe the price ! I got this for my daughter to get back into shape after having a baby. The kit came with everything that she needs to get it set up in her home. I love that you can fill it with old towels or anything you might have laying around her house. Seems like it is made well and durable.

The bag is very sturdy and well made, definitely perfect it for intense workout. Gloves fit perfectly in my hand and kids as well. Protects your hand really well. I can fill the bag with what ever I prefer to fit my needs. Great price.

This kit is a great way to start a beginner heavy bag cardio plan. The quality is good enough to get the hang of things without breaking the bank. I wouldn’t use it for kick boxing, but I’m sure it will hold up for boxing cardio. I filled it with shredded cedar from the pet store, and top it off as it packs down. It’s pretty solid and heavy now and retains its shape due to the density of the filling. The boxing gloves are functional, and the other items are nice to have.

R review after 2 months of use.It was a birthday gift, it arrived very fast and was easy to install, the gloves and all other accessories that came with it are really added bonuses.I have filled it with blankets and stuffed dolls , you do need quite a lot to fill it all the way, filling it with other materials like sand( at the bottom) would make it feel even better.it feels good to punch, it doesn’t weight to much and feels made out of quality materials.The size is pretty good, but you might need some extension so it will hang at the right height from the floor, I had to use some .A great product , I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend is obsessed with boxing, and when this punching bag set arrived, I thought it’d just be another piece of “fitness decor” collecting dust. Nope. He’s in love. He’s out there jabbing, ducking, and throwing combos like he’s prepping for a title fight (in our living room). Setting it up was easier than expected — though fair warning: you do have to fill the base yourself. We used sand and some old clothes to weigh it down (RIP to his college t-shirts, which I secretly hated anyway). Once filled, it’s super sturdy and doesn’t wobble, even when he’s going full Rocky mode🤣The set is solid, the gloves are great quality, and he says the resistance and bounce-back feel just right. 10/10 from me—he’s happy, I’m happy, and the furniture no longer has to suffer his shadowboxing.

Great product and easy to assemble. We got corn feed to fill the punching bag . Works great! The boxing gloves are well padded and fit great . Perfect for the garage . The husband and grandsons are living it . I had to figure out how to use the headband and red and black balls. Once I knew what I doing it’s been a blast. Very strong grips and hangers . Well made items . Great price for great products.
