Nearly Natural Phalaenopsis with Glass Vase Silk Flower Arrangement

I've never purchased artificial orchids before. I purchased a live one and love what it added to my room but of course, it died and didn't want to do the death dance again so I ent artificial in this corner and I am so happy I did. They are beautiful. Across the room, they look like the real thing. I stare at them for minutes at a time fascinated by the craftsmanship and attention to detail For the price it is a real steal. Similar items at a local store made from far inferior materials went for over double the cost. Nearly Natural is all the way right in my book. I have a second arrangement on the way.

I bought this plant hoping to bring some life into my living room. Real orchids are hard for me and I tend to kill each I have owned so I thought this might work for me. I was hesitant because I didn't want the plant to look really fake. I was very surprised that this is not the case and I absolutely love the way it looks. My husband was very impressed and he's not in favor of "fake" plants but really has loved this one!

This flower arrangement is listed as 'purple' on Amazon but in the photo it appears online to be a lovely, vivid shade of salmon pink, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I took a chance, hoping that the color would be as it appears in the photo. Unfortunately the color is not even close to the color pictured. The little buds in the center of each flower have a pinkish tone to them but the flowers themselves are a shade of lavender which does not work with my color scheme. The white arrangement might look nice, but I'll continue my search for a nice salmon pink arrangement. I've attached photos, but even my own photos show them as pinker in color than they actually are. They are definitely lavender.

This is a beautiful addition to my decor. Lovely and almost looks real. I’m not a fan of fake botanicals but this one is different. I would have given 5 stars if it was just a bit more realistic looking. However, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and have received many compliments. After displaying it in my home, I’m surprised at the few negative reviews. The item doesn’t look completely real close up but from a distance it’s just lovely. Worth every cent.

My friend is in an isolation ward at the hospital fighting for her life. I wanted to brighten her room but knew that real flowers would not be allowed. She told me that when these arrived everyone was buzzing about the beautiful orchid, but that she could not have it in her room...Then someone noticed that it is actually a silk plant! She could have this because they disinfect everything that goes into her room. I have not seen it in person - but I received a photo of her in that bleak and sterile hospital environment - smiling and holding it. I was so happy to be able to send her some warmth and color. Thank you.

Many people have said they wished they could grow orchids like I do. That is how real thy look. When you get this you need to open it up. Take your time & be sure each one have several bends & twists for a more real look rather than just opening . Do this to the buds too. Spend a few days with the finishing touches. You will know when the stiff artificial look disappears. The veins on these is exactly what is in the photo. I found mine to be a little lighter than the picture but it is beautiful.

I ordered this purple orchid which was described as looking natural and realistic. I received a somewhat purplish pink, very artificial looking orchid, with lumpy, lopsided "water" in the chipped glass vase. Am returning it.
