I couldn’t wait! Pulled the trigger while I was giving it one last look before deleting and going for the Heat Healer and boom; the price dropped!! It was a sign. Sure the Heat Healers fabric is a big plus but this one remains well made and is what it states. Life Pro Stand by their product and after testing on 6 for 30 last night; cannot wait for a full 45 at a higher this evening. Feels like I slept better and the mild sweat gives promise. I’ll update as I continue to explore. Sauna in Tulum was everything and it was a must have when I got back home. Will be investing in a true Finnish style when we upgrade our home. Suana is life; literally. Benefits are endless.

I am currently using this right now. I have had it for a few years. I recently hurt my lower back and it really soothes the pain. It’s about the only thing that’s given me some relief. I also have used it on my health journey for other reasons. I have been trying to sweat out toxins and it definitely helps with that. I’ve been using it twice a day for 30 minutes each time on level 7. I feel like it’s also helped my weight loss efforts in the past. It’s nice that you can roll it up and put it away. I recommend wiping it down after each use, so it doesn’t get smelly. I use a bit of water and vinegar mixed 50/50 with a wash cloth and then let it dry out. I definitely recommend. Watch your favorite show or take a nap. Super convenient and made well.

This is a good at home option that does not take up a lot of space. The bag is well made - the zipper is easy to zip from I side or out. It has 9 levels and you can adjust the timer. It does not get super hot so don’t expect it to be like a spa sauna. But it is relaxing and a good alternative. It also folds up easily for storage.

Wow! I absolutely love this product and this company. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I pleasantly surprised after the initial unboxing. So much care and attention to detail was put in the making of this sauna blanket. I own a few products from this company and they are very particular about quality and this sauna blanket is proof of it. It came with the sauna blanket, of course, a personal LifePro Fitness Towel and a canvas carrying case. I use this blanket at least 3x a week because I workout regularly and I don't always want to sit in the sauna at my gym. So having this sauna blanket in my home, I can use it whenever it's convenient for me, and I do quite often. Just take your time and read the instructions on the proper use and care of your sauna blanket. It gets really hot quickly so it's important to gradually increase the heat level starting at the lowest level "1" until you're able to handle hotter temperatures all the way up to level 9 or 10. I don't recall how high as I've only gone to Level 7 so far. The instruction manual tells you the temperature rage for each level so make sure to read the manual before use. Oh...drink lots of water a few hours before use to avoid dehydration...and continue drinking water periodically, while using the blanket to keep yourself hydrated. This is by far the most important aspect of using this blanket and avoiding issues that could hurt you. Now on to the good stuff. My Pros and Cons. PROS: Quality product excellent material | Not cheap material | User manual that covers important info | Heats up quickly | Huge remote control with big settings to easily identify | Several temperature settings | Timer | Zips all the way from Feet to Neck | Cools down quickly | Easy storage | Excellent value for money CONS: Yeah...I should write something here, so give me a minute to think about what I don't like or would like to have in this product. I truly can't think about anything I don't like in this product. Oh I do have one con... The remote and power cable are both connected to the sauna blanket and the cord for both should be about 2 - 3 feet longer. So LifePro Fitness, if you're reading this, make the cords longer. What a fantastic product. If you're in the market for something like this, you won't be disappointed and it's worth the money. And you will sweat buckets so have your cleaning towels ready to go. Very easy to use and super comfortable. The size is perfect, and I love that there are multiple heat levels to choose from. It heats up well and feels high quality for the price. Definitely a great value for the money!

As the title of my review suggests, this is the absolute best purchase I have made this year. And I have made a ton of purchases. Do you need an infrared sauna blanket to live? Probably not, but once you have one, you will wonder how you did without! I purchased a steam sauna box last year, and i do like it since it's quite relaxing and great to help you get in the mood to sleep. I really liked combining it with some of those shower steamer things to boost the rejuvenation. However, I wasn't convinced that I was actually sweating that much since most of the moisture was simply the steam turning back into water on my skin. I had tried an infrared sauna at the gym and was thrilled with how much sweat was produced in a short time. And I felt REFRESHED afterwards, comparable to how you feel after a good cardio session. I came across this blanket and decided to give it a chance for days when i don't do cardio. The blanket comes with a towel and these foil sauna wrappers that help maximize your sweating. The first time was a learning experience, much like anything else. I was amazed at how much sweat was produced. We are easily talking a liter on the highest setting for about an hour (the timer goes up to 50, but you can add more time as you go along). Here are my recommendations: 1. Place a towel under your head and shoulders to avoid getting your bed or other surface wet. 2. I don't have my arms in the blanket while using it, so I use another towel across my chest to hold in more steam. 3. Use the sauna wrappers! They are disposable, but I use them 2-3 times each. Just need to rinse and hang to dry. 4. If you are sensitive to heat, start at a lower level and time. I would not recommend using this if you have rashes, broken skin or neuropathy. 5. Be careful! This thing gets very hot on the inside AND outside. For cleaning, I will open it up and use a dry towel to soak up the sweat. Then, I wipe down with a damp towel and allow to air dry. I love this thing and it works incredibly well for a sauna blanket at this price point. It can be a challenge to get it folded up small enough to fit back in the bag, but it is what it is. It all just gets put back in a closet either way.

This is a wonderful blanket. It is well made... so far it functions great. The heat is not too hot and believe me I can take a hot sauna. The heat is deep and warms the muscles unlike regular saunas. I absolutely love this thing. After 16 surgeries and a lifetime of beating the crap out of my body this is exactly what I needed. I am post surgery foot reconstruction on both feet and I worried about my BP and my donor tendons being too affected from the heat. Well my BP dropped to normal because the circulation in my legs was so good from the blanket. I didn't turn it up all the way just to make sure I was not risking my health. The zipper is sturdy and it feels like nothing I have ever experienced. I sleep like a baby instead of tossing and turning from pain of many surgeries. I looked high and low for low to zero EMF. Life Pro has rated one of the best and it is affordable. Don't buy based on price, because we think the more expensive something is the better nope. Amazon had it on sale and I jumped. Gonna buy one for a friend as well. It comes with many mylar blankets for detoxing and it wipes easily with simple green or method organic cleaner.

Works amazing! I put the blanket on my bed, get in, turn it on and it takes about 2 minutes to start feeling nice and warm. It works best with no clothes on or as little as possible and as thin as possible. Then you really feel the heat. I put it on level 7 and within 15 minutes I am drenched. I think some people that say it does not get that hot probably wear clothes and maybe do not feel the heat that much then. The level goes up to 9. Also, I recommend putting it on a soft surface with a blanket or towel under. Very happy with it so far. As long as nothing breaks right away then it’s perfect.
