I bought this to put a touch of shine to my red hair after stying. It works just ok. If I put enough on my hair for shine, it can feel too oily and weigh my hair down. Too little=not enough shine. Too much=oily.I didn’t buy it to apply to my skin, so really can’t evaluate that.So it’s just ok. You just walk a fine line for how much to use, thus the 4 stars.

Is like tan water. Not much sparkle at all. Not worth the money.
