Delivery Ordered through Amazon and delivered within 3 days to my house - excellent service. Unpacking I’d seen a couple of videos about assembling the bike; neither of which applied to the exact model. However, iFIT were very helpful and in the event the supplied user manual was very good and I assembled it myself. A spare pair of hands would have been useful! The only point that needs flagging up is threading the wiring through the handle bar stork to the console. Although a pull wire is in place, it was tricky to pull the wiring through to make the connection. The addition of a sleeve over the connector might have eased the wiring through the tubing. I taped the connector and wiring together to reduce it’s size and successfully made the connection. I was relieved when the screen sprang to life when switched on. Usage So far the bike has had limited use but my initial impression is that the 24 Studio bike is robust and well made. The seating is comfortable and one feels well supported. The screen is clear, responsive and easily adjusted. iFIT A vast array of training videos for cycling, yoga, weight training, etc is available. So far I haven’t defined my favourites. I don’t know the instructors and filtering isn’t brilliant. I would like to find UK based instructors (if, indeed there are any); which might be possible but haven’t found out how to do so. I’ve certainly enjoyed some cycling videos, the scenery is great and the bike responds well to the instructor’s adjustments. Conclusion In the short time I’ve owned the bike I’m impressed and it bodes well for my future fitness and strength. I have no hesitation in recommending the NordicTrack 24 Studio bike.

Love the bike, it was easy to set up and I am On it twice a day since purchasing. It fits perfectly in my small box room and I am still able to work there with it in the background. The classes are great and lots of variety.

I rarely leave reviews but found myself so conflicted about how I feel about the bike I thought I’d break my experience down. I was torn between four and five stars and came down on four. Ultimately, it’s a fantastic workout experience (for what I’m looking for) but there’s room for improvement. Ordering and delivery: Bought from Amazon and the process couldn’t have been better. Delivery guys turned up on time and put the (large and heavy) box into our conservatory. Worth noting that there is a new version of the S22i (you can tell by the front-facing speakers and newer fan) – make sure you get that as it’s apparently streaks ahead of the older model. Assembly: Not too difficult. Needed a second pair of hands putting the big stuff together but the instructions were easy enough to follow, no missing part. There’s a little clip/cover that goes under the monitor that is easily missed but can be added after assembly. If you have SPD shoes, the clip-in process takes a while to figure out if you’re new or haven’t used them in ages. Using the iFit software: iFit isn’t brilliant but it’s OK. I was unable to register for warranty as I’m in the UK. The helpdesk was pretty hopeless and sent me around the houses. The software itself is fairly intuitive but quite glitchy. The screen isn’t super responsive – you sometimes have to press the on-screen button a couple of times for it to work. The brightness is fine if the room is dark; when it’s bright, you have to position it at just the right angle to view, not necessarily the best angle i.e. downward facing. The music is limited to mainly unknown artists. Once you get the hang of the on-screen format and units, it’s pretty good. Note you can change the units by pressing them to get what you want e.g. calories, distance left. Workout programmes: If you like following scenic routes around the world with interesting and sympathetic instructors, this bike is for you. If you like live classes with energic instructors pumping you up in real-time, competing with others on a leader board and reading out your messages, go with Peloton. In the week since I’ve had it, I’ve cruised around Hawaii, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand and my local town which you can programme yourself using Google Maps. The community: This is the biggest letdown. There’s no real platform for sharing info and rides, chatting with others, connecting with people near or like you. The blogs are limited, hard to find and generally underwhelming. This is the greatest area for improvement – it would be nice to motivate yourself with others: friends or others who share your interests. The ride: This is the high point – the ride is amazing. The drive train is silent and the seating position options are great. You can go from upright and comfortable to Tour de France leant forward and anything in between. The ability to change resistance and incline/decline is brilliant – amazing how much harder it becomes when you go uphill, as in real life. The trainers can automatically adjust the settings for you to get the real-life experience. As someone who spent a lot of time cycling the Swiss Alps, the virtual experience is simply incredible. My only niggle, apart from the screen glare, is the fan which only points straight out and doesn’t tilt up or down. This means, for me at least, that the fan is blowing on my legs and not my face and I use a towel wedge in front of it to force the air up. Not ideal, but it works. Tips: Keep adjusting the bike settings, saddle height and lateral position, handlebars, cleat tightness etc. until you get the ideal setup – it makes such a difference when it’s perfect. Get a heart monitor, that automatically appears on the screen and is great to keep you in the zone you want to be on. Use the SmartAdjust feature (which allows you to go at a slower or faster pace if you’re a bit off or full of energy). Position the bike with the sun in front of you for less glare. Use cycling shoes instead of trainers in the cage – riding is so much easier and more efficient. Don’t let your kids play on it – my eldest broke her leg messing about after 5 days of having it (and expect long ambulance times if you do!). Enjoy!

We love this bike. It’s very well put together and certainly rivals other competitors who are much more expensive. If you are looking for a high quality bike that will improve your fitness no end then look no further. The 24 levels of resistance is excellent and the IFIT content is vast and fantastic to use. From cycling to yoga, if you are looking for a full fitness package with the best personal trainers around then IFIT is 100% for you. 10/10.

Heute schreibe ich nach einer zwei monatigen Testphase die Rezession für meinen neuen Heimtrainer X24 der Firma NordicTrack. Ich habe lange hin und her überlegt, welche sportliche Betätigung ich mit zwei Kindern und Haus nebenbei umsetzen könnte. Lange Überlegungen mit Chatgpt führten mich zu dem Entschluss, einen Heimtrainer zu kaufen, da ich gerne abends, sobald es etwas ruhiger geworden ist im Haus nochmal ins Training gehen wollte. Es sollte etwas wertiges von Dauer sein. Am Ende meiner Vergleiche blieben nur Peleton und das X24 übrig. Der Gedanke durch wunderschöne Landschaften zu fahren überzeugte mich am Ende mehr als die Vorstellung visavis mit einem Trainer zu trainieren. Außerdem war ich gespannt, wie die mechanische Neigung des Gerätes in der Realität aussehen würden. Zum Black Frida 2025 war es dann soweit und ich bestellte das X24 hier auf Amazon. Einige Tage später wurde das Gerät extrem solide verpackt durch zwei Personen geliefert, alles reibungslos. Nachdem ich die schier unendliche Verpackung entsorgt hatte, baute ich das Bike nach Anleitung zusammen, was ohne große Mühe gelang. Einzig eine Kabelhalterung am hinteren Ende des Bildschirms war etwas fummelig und einmal musste meine Frau mit anfassen den Bildschirm zu montieren. Danach stellte ich den Sattel und Lenker ein und freute mich auf meine erste Testfahrt. Doch leider wurde meine Euphorie direkt gebremst, denn die Neigung und der Widerstand funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Auf Grund vieler Recherchen im Internet wusste ich schon vor dem Kauf, dass es etliche Montagsgeräte auf dem Markt gibt. Leider hatte ich auch so eins erwischt. ABER! Nachdem ich den Fehler direkt bei Ifit gemeldet hatte, dauerte es nur wenige Tage, bis sich ein Fahrradmonteur aus meinem Umland Berlin meldete und mit mir einen Termin vereinbarte. Der Fehler war nicht selten, sodass der freundliche Helfer zum besagten Termin genau wusste, was zu tun ist. Nachdem er die Platine getauscht hatte, lief das Gerät tadellos. Daher kann es von mir, trotz vieler Kritik im Netz, hier nur einen Daumen hoch für die Firma IFit geben, denn das hatte ich wirklich nicht erwartet. Das Ergebnis spricht bis heute Bände, denn ich bin fast alle 2-3 Tage auf dem Gerät um meine Kilometer abzureißen. Mittlerweile sind etliche Fahrten durch KI ins Deutsche übersetzt und siehe da, sie klingen echt nicht schlecht, von einigen Versprechern oder falschen Bedeutungen mal abgesehen. Aber auch Fahrten auf Englisch machen Spaß denn hier lässt sich gleich mal wieder ein bisschen Sprachunterricht mit trainieren. Die Landschaften und Strecken sind wunderschön und ich glaube nicht, dass ich in diesem Leben alle Strecken erkunden werde, so umfangreich ist die Bibliothek von IFit. Brustgurt H10 von Polar und Apple Air Pods ließen sich tadellos verbinden und lassen mich so richtig abtauchen beim Training um den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Die Lautstärke des Gerätes ist so leise, dass man problemlos im Wohnzimmer trainieren kann, während ein andere Familienmitglied TV schaut o.Ä. Falls es überhaupt ein Kritikpunkt gibt, welcher mich aber nicht verleitet einen Punkt abzuziehen, dann ist es die Videoqulität. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Videos etwas runterskaliert werden, denn in der Bewegung wirkt manches etwas unscharf. Teilweise habe ich aber auch keinen guten WLAN Empfang am Gerät, daher ist meine Vermutung, dass ich hier selbst noch nachbessern kann, um die Qualität zu optimieren. Die Neigungsfunktion und die Tatsache, dass auch der Widerstand automatisch eingestellt werden vom Gerät waren der absolute Gamechanger. So oft wie ich hätte am Rad drehen müssen (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) bei den genialen Strecken bin ich total froh darüber, dass das Gerät all das für mich übernimmt. So kann man sich nur auf eins konzentrieren: das Bike zu fahren. Es macht dieses Gerät zu etwas Einzigartigem auf dem Markt und ich empfehle jedem, der nur im Ansatz darüber nachdenkt ein Indoor Bike zum trainieren zu kaufen, dieses Fahrrad ohne Bedenken weiter. Danke iFit, ihr habt mein Leben bereichert.

Das fahrrad hat schon eine sehr gute Qualität und ist sehr leise du könntest es auch nachts fahren. Was ich doof finde ist das zu teuere abo, das sollte man vorher wissen, man kann es auch ohne abo fahren, aber da fällt so viel weg man kann noch nicht einmal meine Garmin Uhr verbinden das soll nur mit dem pro Abo gehen und das finde ich schon ne Frechheit. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes fahrrad
