I really, really love this product. I've got a lot of sinus issues and use a CPAP machine. It is critical to keep my nose clear at night. Previously I had used sprays such as Afrin which is pretty rough and I actually became immune to the stuff. Benzedrex however works nearly as well and there is no rebound - I've been using it for years with no immune issues. It is a life saver for me.
