I’ve been using this weight vest set (including the ankle and wrist weights) for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really happy with the quality and performance. The vest is well-balanced, fits snugly, and doesn’t shift much during workouts. The added wrist and ankle weights are a great bonus for intensifying both cardio and strength training. Super easy to use and easy to add or remove weight if needed. That said, the only downside I’ve noticed is that the ankle weights can dig into my shins when running, especially on longer sessions. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you plan to do a lot of high-impact movement with them on. I’ve started wearing thicker socks or shin sleeves, which helps a bit. Thats my reason for a 4star, other than that, it’s a solid, well-made set that definitely adds a new challenge to my training!

Great Weight Vest. This is my second one - the first is just about worn out entirely after almost daily use for 6 months. I wish it had load adjusters on the shoulders, better shoulder pads (ones that actually fit the strap width and have more padding) and used more durable materials, but it's still a great vest. Oh, also, the steel plates could use a little grinding - some have sharp edges that tend to cut through the vest material. For this one, I gave these a quick sanding just to ease the edges a hair and eliminate any sharp points.

Since it’s adjustable I recommend the heavier options even for beginners. On the downside I haven’t seen an option to purchase just the weight bars.

Have had this for almost a year and has finally started to show some signs of wear but it is to be expected. Good quality though and works as advertised .

Does the job. Sits higher up around the chest, not around the gut, probably for better range of motion. Put in as much or as little weight as you want to start out with.
