The Frank works great. I wish the lid wasn't made of so many parts. It makes cleaning take 10X longer than it needs. It keeps my coffee hot all morning long, and doesn't leak.

Very rugged water bottle, love the opening but can be hard to open/close at times. Big fan of the size and the lack of protruding straw structure. Toss this into my purse or gym bag without taking too much room!

Works perfectly. Love it. Hot stays hot long and same for cold.

I had bought pink and black color. Pink is ok . But there is a crack inner side (ceramic coating) of cup. I didn't see that when i received the the stuff. I filled coffee and i was finished , some of coffee filled between inner ceramic and outer side. Totally rubbish. Worst thing is I'm not in US right now and i dont know how to return that. I can send a video if the company needs it.

Ease of cleaning: I think this cup is super cute! however extremely inconvenient. I can't see myself truly taking apart all of these pieces just to clean my coffee mug?! it's actually a little ridiculous lol

I like the sleek design. But the top is way too difficult to reassemble after cleaning. And the instructions on how to reassemble weren’t very helpful.

The mug really keeps liquids warm for hours, I have spent a fortune and have numerous travel mugs but none as good as this

Excellent at keeping drinks hot and is definitely leak proof. Make sure you wipe the inside of the lid if condensation present, as this will prevent any drips of liquid escaping and running down the body of the travel mug.

Really disappointed with this travel mug. The hole you drink through only serves as a means to burn your upper inner lip area. The colour is great and as vivid as the images. I will have to use it for cold drinks only and try and source a good tea travel mug.
