Great dried Thai basil
I like the fact that the basil is very fragrant and clearly fresh. I have used it in more than a dozen different recipes and I love the flavor it adds

Taste
I really write reviews & definitely don’t complain but this product was so disappointing. It has no taste. I followed their recommendations & soaked the leaves but to no avail. If you want the taste of Thai basil do not buy this. Go to a nursery & buy a plant

Authentic Taste
I love Thai food and also love cooking new meals at home, so I was excited to try this. I looked up a Thai basil chicken recipe and was really pleased with the results. I could immediately tell the resemblance to the Thai food I have eaten in restaurants and realized that the Thai Holy Basil has a unique taste that really can't be replicated. I did check out some other options, and it seemed this is actually priced pretty reasonably although I was initially surprised at how small the bag seemed. You do rehydrate it before using, so the bag contains more than it initially seems.

Great addition to thai cooking
Dried neatly and ready for use. Add early to pan with liquid to allow them to soften up

Herb storage, proper care and longevity.
Was a delicious addition to my seafood stock, never used before will continue to experiment! Still learning applicability.

Smells like Alfalfa
Smells like Alfalfa absolutely horrible. No idea how they managed to do that. I have grown and dried my own and yes they lose smell and flavor when dried but never have mine smelled like Alfalfa.

Dry Basil Leaves!
I soaked the dried basil leaves in water for about 20 minutes, then added them to my pan-fried tofu along with some soy sauce. It tasted really good and authentic. The dried basil is very convenient and easy to store. My family and I love the flavor of basil, but whenever I buy fresh basil from the market, it goes bad quickly. I’ve also tried growing basil in pots, but the plants tend to die easily. So, this has been a much better solution for me.

Needs to be rehydrated
The basil comes inside a sealed bag and then further inside a plastic vacuum sealed bag. The basil is all stuck together and does need to be rehydrated. Once rehydrated and chopped, it works great in my pasta adding wonderful flavor. The leaves are a bit powdery though.
