Great Recipes. I tried the pumpkin pasta recipe, and it was exceptional.

Nice book, beautiful pictures, great layout but I expected more Chef’s recipes from their restaurants not what they prepare at home. I definitely will prepare some of the dishes from the Today crew. Why wasn’t Joy Bauer included in this process? She’s a nutritionist and a lot of her recipes taste great! I’m hoping the partial profits from this book will go to a charitable organization (Jose Andres) World Central Kitchen.

I have always wanted numerous recipes I have seen on the Today Show. They are easily prepared and not time consuming. Now I have them all in one book, just in time for Christmas, too.

I was very disappointed with the condition in which the cookbook arrived. It was supposed to be a gift but the binding and corners were torn and damaged. It looked used and was loose in the box with no protective packaging. I am keeping it because I like the chefs and recipes featured but I can't give it as a gift in this condition.

Everyone loved them

This is a cookbook from the family of coworkers on and from the Today Show and I haven’t tried any yet but I have seen some of them cooked on the show by the person that submitted the recipe. It is a very good cookbook.
