Great toaster. Many settings to please everyone's toasting preference. Love the way it looks.

I am a real coffee person ☕️ and my dad got me this as a birthday present. it works amazingly and i LOVE it. i had small problems to which ay first i blamed the machine until i realized they were MY problems. at first i thought that the milk steamer didnt work.when ever that happens take off the front nozzle and give and quick wash. dry it and replace. if it continues not working....your waters low! If your trying to pull a shot and its not working you either didnt tamper or didn't tamper correctly. i love my espresso machine! its been a big hit in the home!

Never saw myself as an espresso, latte kinda guy. Until the cruise.. so when we got back, regular drip coffee just wouldn't do. So, now with this machine I can make my own lattes at home at so much less than those "fru fru" coffee joints. Easy to operate and makes a great cuppa joe. Espresso, Lattes, Cappuccino, or Americanos... this machine can do it all. And a built in grinder for fresh grounds... Great all in one machine

Overall, this toaster does a nice job. It heats up quickly, looks good on the counter, and the crumb tray makes cleanup easy. Most bread slices come out evenly toasted. The main flaws are figuring out the timing and toasting bagels. It takes a little trial and error to find the right setting without over- or under-toasting, and bagels don’t always come out as evenly browned as regular bread. Once you get used to it, though, it works well.

Excellent expresso machine for a modicous price. Easy to use, completely automated and also easy to setting up.

The seller provided the toaster in a prompt manner with the packaging in normal condition - no complaints against the seller and would buy from them again without hesitation. The product, on the other hand, turned from a delightful and very satisfying purchase to where I will never buy another product from them in well less than six months. Initially I was very happy with the toaster - it provided even toasting even with all four slots being used simultaneously at any of the six settings provided. The one feature I would have liked to have had (which it doesn't) was a variable degree of toasting as for some breads the toast came out not quite dark enough for my tastes on the fourth highest setting but the fifth was too dark. Yeah, yeah, Godilocks and all that. So, other than the unavailable/unimplemented variable toasting setting, I was very well pleased with the toaster. The first problem I had was with the two right-hand slots not toasting the "inside" surface of whatever was being toasted (two pieces, I don't recall ever toasting just one item) - that is to say, of the two right-hand slots, the two surfaces of the two pieces being toasted that face each other. This is the fanciest toaster I ever bought so I figured that it likely wasn't working properly but that I would check the instructions just incase I somehow activated a built-in feature. Yep, color me an optimist. Needless to say but at this point I stopped using the right-hand side slots and just used the left-had pair of slots, which were still working quite well at this point. It took me a couple of weeks but I finally got around to checking the instructions and lo and behold, no such feature is detailed. With that I went to check my Amazon account in order to see about returning the unit and I'd missed the return by date by less than a week - wholly my fault on missing the return by date in pushing off checking the toaster's instruction until a "convenient" time. So, resigning myself to working with what I had I kept using the unit (should have mentioned this earlier but I use the toaster roughly once a day - mainly for breakfast but sometimes for snacks as well). Then the coup de gras. The consistency of the toasting, my most beloved feature, severely degraded in a matter of days. It's still useable, still provides a degree of toasting approximately commensurate with the setting selected, but the eveness (OK, "eveness" doesn't exit, I should use "uneven" but why?) of the toasting varies from edge to edge and/or from top to bottom - often times in both cases. So I have resigned myself to keep using the toaster until it essentially fails altogether, which I am quite confident it will do within a year from now, if not considerably less. So, you may asking, why am I writing a product review now? Ah, thank you! I was hoping you would. Last night, when I went to change the toasting setting from my typical fourth preset to the third preset setting, nothing happened. Could. Not. Change. It. Yeah, still going to use it as is for now but am pretty much just waiting for one more thing to go wrong before buying a new toaster. Fancy. Four slots. Hopefully with a variable setting. Just, definitely, a different manufacturer. So, with all of that, I must recommend that you don't waste your money on this toaster nor even this manufacturer.

This is probably one of the best purchases I've done this year. For the price this is a fantastic value and you can't go wrong unless you want to pay quite a bit more and get something a better. Works as intended and does it well.
