I’d there a way I can fix it ? It’s not working any more after 3 months of usage. It keeps restarting my TV when connected.

I have the older version , I think it is not hardware problem , it is software which connection and server performance is not grate

Does it have USB port connecting to external memory?

It has two USB ports but I have not used either of them they are USB 2 and 3

How do you enable closed captioning on this device?

You go to home then at bottom scroll to setting then choose playback then activate subtitles
