Works fine with most games
Actually much better than I expected, hard to tell you guys what runs and what doesn’t cos you might not all be interested in everything i play but I can say that everything I have downloaded has worked to an extent but experience some stutter may occur but if you lower the graphics settings in-game it’s still absolutely playable. Battery life during gameplay is poor but from such a small high power machine I wouldn’t expect it to last more than two hours with everything running on high settings. Makes me wonder how good the 8 AI+ is. If your looking for a handheld but don’t want to commit to either the steam deck or rog ally to then this is definitely the way to go for an ok device that has slightly more capability through a standard windows 11 set up. Don’t expect to be able to drop into a game of Warzone or marvel rivals without having to sacrifice something in the settings. All this has definitely scratched my handheld gaming itch

Learning Curve Required
Runs quickly and great flexibility across desktop and console modes. However, the MSI Center M can be temperamental and a little buggy, meaning that you have to use older versions of the software. Good value for money if you can get it on sale.

I wanted a handheld to stream games from my PC with a 4090/5800x3d when I didn't feel like sitting at my desk, The MSI Claw is perfect for my situation. I thought about a ROG Ally Z1, but I don't trust ASUS (Not that I trust MSI, but I trust them more than Asus at the moment). The ROG Ally also doesn't have Hall Effect sticks and the Micro SD slot breaks. The MSI Claw 135H version is worth $100 more to me for the Hall Effect sticks and overall better hardware if I am ever in a situation where I can't stream. The ROG Ally Z1 often goes on sale for $399, but at $499 the same price I bought my Claw for it's a terrible value. I haven't really used it for anything other than streaming, but I haven't had any issues. The screen looks great, the Hall Effect sticks are a plus, Moonlight runs great and I haven't had any other issues. I would definitely recommend it as a streaming device if you have a good Network Connection and a PC that can run games at 120hz at 1080p. You can also download Tailscale and play when you're away from home.

I'm gonna start with I have the MSI ge66 raider. I bought it 3 years ago and I love it. I never have a problem with it and it plays everything perfectly. With that being said I was very hopeful about getting the claw. Don't do it. Took a couple hours to set up, update, and get fallout 76 with some mods installed. I played it for an hour and everything worked perfect. Smooth great graphics everything was good. Went to take a nap and let it charge for an hour. When I woke up I went to turn it on and nothing. Just a couple of slight vibrations and nothing. Went online and looked up anything and everything I can do to make it work. I tried everything except opening it and nothing worked. I called MSI customer support next. I've dealt with some bad customer support in the day but MSI was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Literally no help whatsoever and just said to return it to Amazon. Don't waste your time, money, or aggravation. I'm just gonna order the steamdeck and call it a day.

+155H is powerful for the package, if you need that CPU power +Thunderbolt 4 connection allows for expansion with TB4 eGPU dock +New Claw control center integrates well into Game Bar +Display quality is excellent for a 7" IPS panel +Most of the Unity android port slop I play run at 60fps on this device -155H may be too powerful. The handheld struggles running below 30W. Windows 11 24H2 parks 2 P-cores and 4 E-cores automatically when power constrained which does help. -Alchemist LPE iGPU can be poorly optimized for some games -16GB memory limits multi-tasking ability -SSD upgrade requires removal of battery and CPU heatsink Overall this thing loves to run docked at 40W TDP being used as a miniPC. It is good value if that's your primary use case. My unit started making a ticking noise from the fans after taking it on a flight but it seems to have resolved itself after a few hours. I will update if the problem re-occurs.

Only gave it 4 starts cause the battery isn’t 54 hours more like 5 or 6 lmao but it’s ok it does everything from sims 2 to paladins and that’s all I need my favorite games I’ll keep you updated A little update it’s been about four or five days and the console has not failed me, but maybe that’s because I put graphics and stuff to medium or low cause I don’t wanna put too much power on the console. I wanted to actually last me before I buy a new one lol but everything works perfect I’m glad I made this purchase. I’ve been playing Marvel rivals on this thing and it’s been beautiful This thing is literally my new console idc to get an Xbox or ps5 this thing will run every game that comes out with them. I’ve been such a huge fan of marvel rivals and not a lot of first gen Xbox users can play it. Why I love being a pc gamer, I’ve noticed this thing doesn’t get too hot even after playing a couple of hours it kept its cool. I’m not taking this thing on the go really too expensive 😂 Update: so far my msi claw has been going good i unfortunately became a huge fan of marvel rivals and it was a bit much for the claw the game had a lot of glitches and crashes. Intel arc released a new update and so did marvel rivals and now it’s working perfect like if I never had any issues praying I don’t jinx myself but if this update fixed my marvel rivals issues then this pc is a beast
