The speed of delivery was great. Ordered about 10pm and arrived by mid morning via royal mail. With this kind of product getting it quickly is very important. Easy to pump up and put on the chair. Comfy to sit on with a lovely soft cover that is wipe clean. District nurse visited and was impressed with it. Only used it for one day so far but I think it will be worth the price tag in the long run. The standard foam cushions are unsafe on a recliner chair so this thinner air filled one is perfect and especially shaped.

This cushion was bought for my mum who has developed a problem with her coccyx. It has made her life so much better as she can now sit down in comfort and not in agony. I would recommend the mattress cushion which she also has and it relieves the same problem when in bed. The items are not cheap but worth their weight in gold. They just need topping up with air every about twice a week, which is easy and just like blowing up a balloon.

Waste of money! The cushion is difficult to inflate and does not maintain pressure. Being a very expensive cushion, I expected it to be of much better quality and performance.

IS more comfortable than the NHS product we had. The edges are softer and the whole thing is softer and less harsh. Expensive for what it is but it does the job well. More supportive and more comfortable than just the chair.

This is a great pressure reliever as a cushion or to lay on. Easy to inflate. With its own pump that it packs away into. Tough too, and it does not lose its air over time as some cushions do. Quality product

Too small for size of my chair. The price is high for a cheep looking item, I wish I had kept my money. It took over 30 minutes to inflate and the pump is NOT fit for purpose. Total waste of my money, i am very angry as £275 out of my pension is a hell of a lot.
