The glycerol does not mix fully so make sure to drink it immediately after mixing it using a frother or mixer. The taste was different from what tried last year with the same flavor mix of fruit bubblegum. The color was dark and the taste was very strong last year but this year they have made it a pink color and light fruit tasting which I am not a fan of. When I asked them, they said they had changed the flavor based on feedback. Anyway this is still very just a drinkable average flavor now and no more like the exotic flavor of last year. The formulation is very good for night workouts and beta-alaline and citrulline are in good quantities.

No caffeine so not to worry about sleepless nights. I take in the evening and i still get good sleep. Other preworkouts will jeopardise sleep due to high caffeine content but this is different. If you need that kick without caffeine go for it

Gave me really bad allergy. Been scratching my hands and legs for more then a week. Have to check with doctor.
