Asics Men's Gel-Kayano ACE Golf Shoes

I wanted to get away from traditional golf shoes with spikes and find a shoe that was comfortable to walk the course in. Through the years I have always had a good experience with Asics running shoes from the fit, level of comfort and durability and I figured why not give these a chance sight unseen as Amazon returns at Kohls are super simple. They did not disappoint me. The size 11.5 fit me perfectly just like their running shoes do. Like their running shoes they are light, comfortable and a pleasure to wear. My feet do not slip at all on the course and I really feel like I am golfing in regular shoes. In fact they are so comfortable that I have been putting them on before I leave the house and wearing them to and from the course. They are water proof and stylish. Yes they are more expensive than a low cost pair of Footjoys but I was raised never to go cheap when it comes to your shoes and feet. I can see myself wearing these for the next 5-10 years. Buy with confidence!

Firm but soft heel bed, high tech gel insole, and roomy toe box (I got E width) provides excellent support, roomy fit, and long-lasting comfort for the 3-4 hours need to walk the 7,000 yard course in the HOT HUMID Texas weather. I paid more than I have ever paid for golf shoes because my wife has been wearing ACICS Gel-Kayano shoes for over a year and raves about the support and comfort. These are REAL golf shoes. Although they are spikeless, the high tech sole and structural features listed above provide the ability to make a stable, controlled swing that is repeatable and dependable ...and they reduce the level of fatigue and accelerate recovery from 3-4 hours walking the course.

Really love this shoes. Very comfortable and top grip. A little too hot in summer. Unfortunately the left one got dirty in a puddle and the dirty penetrated under the waterproof membrane making the shoe yellow... impossible to clean 🫩🫩

I’m happy with this purchase. These are expensive golf shoes so my expectations were pretty high. The comfort level is that of a well fitting running shoe. It was no surprise that the shoes’ profile seems high and much more like a running shoe than a typical golf shoe. I’ll adjust to the height like I do when I occasionally wear my running shoes to the golf range. This characteristic might be a potential negative for someone but it doesn’t affect me. The shoes look even nicer to me in person! The toe box is wide and the leather is cushier than I expected based on the looks. There is ample room for alternative inserts if arch support adjustments are needed. I purchased my normal size 11US and they fit perfectly. I have normal arches and my feet are a little on the wide side of medium.

Great shoe for walking a course. Good fit and comfortable after several miles of walking. Stable support for your swing and putting.

I bought these Asics golf shoes because my everyday running shoes (Gel Nimbus) are comfortable with good support. After developing a case of plantar fasciitis, my previous pair of golf shoes were aggravating it. The Asics provide me with pain free support for the entire round. I highly recommend these shoes .
