Q: Description sounds like real (caffeinated) tea but picture & title say herbal -- which is it? Very important for non-caffeine-drinkers!

We are trying to correct this issue with Amazon. These are Herbal teas - the description should read: Naturally caffeine-free, but rich in flavor, color and soul, our Herbals Collection showcases four of our favorite tisanes. These herbal teas are made of rough cut flowers and herbs which have been used for centuries or longer to create delicious and healthful beverages.

Q: What are these infuser bags made of?

See below statement is taken straight from Tea Forte's website. To be honest I absolutely adore their key. I refer to it as the caviar of tea because it is so flavorful, Not a bit of it is chemical flavors it is all natural. "Tea Forté pyramid infusers are made from FDA approved, food safe, recyclable PET silken mesh fibers and hand-crafted into pyramid shape without the use of any chemicals or adhesives. Our pyramid is not made from PLA (poly lactic acid), a derivative of corn."

Q: Are these all decaffeinated?

I bought the box for a gift and I am not sure, sorry.

Q: Can someone tell me if there are "natural flavors" in this tea? (Which basically means chemically processed flavoring)

The front of the box says, “naturally sweet, organic dessert teas.” The bottom of the box lists “natural flavors” in the ingredients list for four of the teas. It does not list it for the Belgian Mint flavor.
