Indian delicacy(Trinidad Based)
It is very disappointing Trinidad where this a popular dish, split pea powder which is the salt, basis of this tasteless,bland could only taste salt,as,I know how to make Poulorie, I will stop being lazy, and do my split pea by soaking cooking and grinding and my flavors myself. I so disappointed, after cooking a few balls and tasting it, I threw the rest of the mixture in the bin.
