If somebody had told me that this would make any difference whatsoever after only 10 days, I would not have believed them, but that’s exactly what it has done. I am completely shocked. The scar is beginning to flatten and the redness/purple-ness has reduced. There is still a long way to go but I am feeling positive about the end result. I don’t know how effective it is with old scars but mine is new and I started using these immediately once it was healed. Like I said it’s not where I want it to be yet but I’ve never had a scars colour fade and flatten as much as it has so far this quickly before. That normally takes weeks for me. It is mostly comfortable to wear and sleep with it on. It feels weird at first but you get used to it. Not much difference from wearing a bandaid or wound dressing.
