Grandkids loved their Doodle mats. Good quality, and it’s mess free.

My 2-year old great granddaughter loved this! It kept her busy much longer than I expected. I had a similar mat for my grandkids years ago and donated it once they outgrew it.

Really great, fun coloring mat. Quality seems good for the price and it dries super fast. Some stains do occur if you dont use filtered water.

Overall everything works as described, but the water paintbrush was a bit too cheaply made and came apart (and was lost) pretty quickly. Accordingly, you can expect the overall experience to be positive and work as intended, but the materials are fairly cheaply made. It is a fun product for the kids though. We particularly bought this to hang outside the hot tub for the kids to use their water guns to shoot at and it works great for that purpose. A larger one would be great, but it seems all the ones available are roughly the same size as this one.
