This spray helped me get rid of congestion very easily when I had a severe head cold/sinus infection. It worked much better than Neil Med sinus rinse, which I used in the past but clogged my eustachian tubes for weeks.

I 100% recommend this natural nasal spray! It was the BEST thing I could’ve used when I had the flu and also during flights. It’s very gentle on my nose and gives me instant relief. I’m really thankful for this product. It’s 100% natural! Unlike other sprays, it has a one way valve built into the tip of the pump which prevents anything (germs 🦠) from flowing back into the bottle. This has become the favorite part of my routine.

My doctor instructed me to use NeilMed Sinus Rinse, which is affordable and refillable. I decided to try this nasal spray after reading the reviews. The spray works just as well and far more easy to use. However, to me the spray is not worth the cost for long term use. It is advertised as 130 sprays but the instructions say to blow 3 times in each nostrils, wait 30 seconds, and then repeat. That is 12 sprays total, so if you do it once a day it will last 11 days and if you do it twice a day it will last 5.5 days. That would get expensive pretty fast. Ultimately there is no magic to this nasal spray and it did nothing for me that the sinus rinse didn't do. However, if you have more money than me maybe the ease of use of the spray is worth the additional cost to you.

This didn't even unclog my nasal passages, did nothing for the ears I don't understand why

If I can remember to use this regularly I would have less trouble with congestion in the back of my throat. When I use this it thins out the mucus and makes clearing my head much easier. My ears are less clogged as well as my throat, and it doesn't cause inflammation in my eyes like steroid products do.
