Love this I believe does assist with from flashes. Very good if you have to stay away from Soy products due to Thyroid problems.

I switched to these menopause gummies after trying a prescription medicine for hot flashes from my primary care doctor. After those didn't work, my doctor had no other suggestions. These gummies worked better than the prescription medicine without the ridiculous side effects. I only used these for hot flashes, so I didn't notice if there were any other benefits, but they helped reduce my hot flashes! These are the second gummies I tried, and they taste way better than others I've tried. I just wish they were more affordable.

I have been taking the Sugar-Free Menopause Supplement for the past two months, hoping it would provide some relief from my hormonal imbalances. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any noticeable results or improvements at all. Despite my high hopes, it hasn’t made any difference in my symptoms, and I am very disappointed with the lack of effectiveness. I was really looking forward to finding a solution, but this supplement hasn’t delivered the relief I was expecting. The only up side to these is that the flavor is nice

I was extremely curious about menopause gummies. They taste good, but not great, so there’s that. Not sure if they really work well. My mother has been using them, as I’m not near menopause age, yet. She says they have helped her sleep better and she guesses they help with hot flashes, but it’s really hard to tell because she says your menopause symptoms can change all the time.

These have been my favorite Meno supps that I have taken so far! I am not a huge fan of gummies because I don't think thy work, but I am changing my mind. I had been taking a Meno capsule for a month or so when these arrived. I hadn't been having ant relief from the other ones, and I started the gummies AND Within a few doses I already noticed a big difference. I take these on an empty stomach in the morning with my cortisol capsule and a glass of water. They aren't too sweet or sticky, which is a big plus for me. The ingredients are clean and effective, and I recommend these for relief with your symptoms.
