If you use it on your back, sweat will make it fall off. To keep it from falling off put it in the felt cover that came with it. Then use a stretch belt around your waist to keep it in place ( I bought that at Amazon also). The back operation I had several years ago did not help at all, but this device did help. Locate the patch vertically up your spine where it hurts under the belt. I write reviews like this to help anyone, not just Amazon's bottom line of profit.

Voxxc Pain patch was delivered with 3 adhesive strips on Dec 23. Patch was applied to the back and within a couple of hours the adhesive was all wadded up and tangled in my clothes. No pain relief was felt. The next morning I used the second adhesive strip - it did stay on most of the day, No pain relief was felt. I reapplied this morning Dec 25 and within a couple of hours the patch fell off and could not be reused as the adhesive was covered with dirt and grass from outside. No pain relief was felt. Since the adhesive is supposed to be reusable and the patch is supposed to last for several months and I cannot find anywhere to reorder adhesive strips I decided to return but the seller apparently does not accept returns even though this is not stated during purchase. If I could score ZERO I certainly would.

The media could not be loaded. These are packaged nicely thick resealable packaging with no leaks. Easy to use and perfect for on the go. I like that you can reuse it over and over again instead of those one use patch. Also the rubber patch keeps it from touching my clothing to prevent staining.

The instructions don't say of the 'circuit ' side or if the smooth side go toward the body.

I have a really hard time sleeping at night due to pain in my hips. I am constantly turning side to side to stop the pain. From the first time I used the patches I knew without a doubt that I was sleeping better.The only issue is the adhesive. It’s really hard to reuse and doesn’t stay flat on the back of the patch after removing it. Not sure how to deal with this. I’d use them every night is the adhesive wasn’t such a hassle.

Felt cool but had been outside for a bit.Good value as you get multiple sticky pads. Leaves no residue. Helped a bit with lower back pain.

My wife used for back pain and it is absolutely marvelousWe will recomended it for anyone who get back pain
