Great herb from a great established company.
Great stuff, tastes very fresh because it's bitter and sweet and salty in fact all 5 taste senses wierd but true. If you're used to taking herbs (erbs in American) then you'll be happy with the taste. Is it making me healthy? It's hard to tell yet but my running has improved since taking and it sure makes me regular if you know what I mean. If you're going to try this herb for fitness and wellbeing please give it at least 30 days of consistent daily intake and don't moan about the taste, it's meant to taste fresh. Start off with a level teaspoon in your daily big drink/flask for the gym or one you drink through the day.

Very happy. Not keen on the taste, but it's for health - not all healthy stuff tastes nice!
Very happy with this - have purchased multiple times... Only issue really is just the problems with the instructions on the package.EN Instructions - Seems to say 1 to 2 teaspoons per day should be the goal to build up toDE instructions (should be German) - Is in English and says 1 to 10 g (10g is 5 teaspoons).So... WHAT is the correct dose?Other than that - all seems great :)

Love this. Maybe you need to mix it with some fruit or vegetable juice to make it more palatable.Could also be made into capsule for ease of use.Beats pharmacists stuff any day!

ooooo, tastes really astringent... I read that what one tastes is what one is missing in the diet, but I just cannot take this, makes me feel ill... but it works well, instantly with no other side effects.

Triphala for Everyone's Digestion
Very good product, great information on use on web sight too. Really good digestive balancer for all constitutions and more, check it out. I have used Triphala on and off for years now. This is the first time from Indigo Herbs of Glstonbury but I will definitely buy through them again.

Feels healthy
This triphala tastes less awfull than the ones I used before.I take 1tsp before bed which helps me in the morning with my bowel movement (sorry for the detail) ;-)
