Works well for a full grown adult.
Bought this for everyone to share but also for myself to use around the neighborhood. I’m a larger woman at 225 lbs and was afraid that it would affect the speed but this zips along quite nicely. I like using the app to lock the wheels if I stop at the park or something.

Excellent quality for alternate travel
Extremely well made, light enough for an older woman to pick up and stow in the back by herself. I bought this because my parking garage is blocks away and I am exhausted by the end of the day. Walking up an incline, no matter how much you are in shape after work will sour your mood. lol. This is actually quite fun. The only downside is it’s not waterproof so can’t use it during inclement weather.

Power and Battery Charge are not great
I got this E scooter recently for $329 and then it went on sale immediately for $296 so I guess that's just a bummer for me moment, but I want to write a serious informed review anyways.I set this E scooter up and charged it to full battery so I could get a good feel of it at full power and I wasn't impressed because I have used the SWING brand E scooters while in S Korea which are modeled after the Segway Ninebot G series E scooters and they can climb hills and go all day and only use about 40% of their battery, (This E scooter promises around the same specs). I measured the distance I took this E scooter out on the first trip, and it came out to about 5 miles and the battery was down to two bars from a full five bars charge and the power had faded significantly. It didn't pull hills very well to the point that it would chug, and I would just get off and push it to not strip the motor out and to try to conserve some more battery. I weigh just a little over 200 pounds and I didn't go over any extreme terrain and I only really pulled four hills the entire trip and I'm only counting two of them as hills because this E scooter didn't climb them well even though they were probably more like slight inclines.Edit: Hiboy has contacted me in order to improve my situation and have offered to help make up the cost from the price change and offered an accessory, they also offered a full return and refund or a repair. Overall, I feel like they offer good customer service and they're willing to try to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Great Scooter
My husband got me this and I love the break. It has been so easy to ride, smooth, and I feel comfortable on it. I tried to fold it down the other day and I couldn't do it. Maybe I am not doing it right, but it was not easy to do or figure out if it is. We have a large Razor scooter and it folds much easier, but it is no where near as sturdy or quality as this.

Beginner scooter, OK for price
Scooter is ok but not great. Not as fast as advertised, goes only 12 to 14 mph. Struggles uphill 6 to 7 mph and then slows down more. Does well only on flat surface. Not for serious hobbyists, can work for a starter scooter or if commuting mainly on flat roadways, no hills and short distances.
