great little boost

They do work, however for someone who loves coffee, it's not great as the main ingredient is caffeine. I had it on one hour and decided to take it off. I think everyone is different so it might help someone who doesn't drink coffee on a drip. I won't give up coffee for a patch and I have a high tolerance for caffeine. My tip would be if you don't drink coffee, they might work for you. I might try the dopamine ones 🤔

Bought these for my partner who has been diagnosed as anaemic to give her a bit of a boost of energy during the day and she said she can actually feel a big difference during the day when she is at work. Will be buying again!

I love these patches! I noticed a difference in my energy right away. They gave me the long- lasting boost I was looking for without any jiggery side effects.

I notice i have more energy, a little bit. It's my 3rd day. Maybe they have to build up in your system. I'm not sure I'd say it's amazing. At least not yet. If that changes, I'll report back.
