Ideal for any older person who anyone who has difficulty in holding cups. Was the perfect solution to the alternative of unsightly "plastic beakers". Allows the drinker to remain dignified whilst being quietly supported by this handle. Only gripe is the fact it doesn't grip all mugs. The mug needs to be as straight as possible as opposed to curved as it can fall through.Overall once u have this product, which is a good price, if no mug fits at home, then honestly can get a mug from any cheaper store. Definitely worth it.My mother is more confident.

some mugs just slide through! Would be better if their was some way to secure or adjust to fit.

This mug holder was bought as a gift and tried it myself with a cold drink then hot coffee and with two different sized mugs and a tea cup, really pleased and very confident it was safe and suitable. Receipient was thrilled and takes it everywhere with him, not many coffee shops, restaurants have cups/mugs suitable for the less able of us.

Standard, dry mug full of hot tea slipped out of this. One star too good for this. It's now binned.
