Light weight easy to use and did the job.

I was a bit wary after seeing some mixed reviews but am pleasantly surprised how compact and good this is. It was last chance for our landing carpet as elderly cat had started peeing on it to mark her territory with introduction of a younger cat. I just did the patches over quickly with the Dirtbuster Pet carpet cleaning solution (50/50 water and solution) which someone had mentioned on here. Today my daughter is here and took this video showing the yellow urine being picked up with it then changing colour as she moved back from the pee site so you can see it working. It’s perfect for our needs and I can highly recommend Dirtbuster to use with it for effective cleaning and a lovely smell. I swear my daughter is up there using it just for the fun of it now as it is easy and fun to use!

Purchased for spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, my first job was the caravan seating. It did a fair job of some grubby marks but I think decent shampoo in the clean water side helps. My only criticism is that I used 1.5 containers of clean water for the job but only got about 2” of dirty water in the collection container, despite using slow and deliberate actions with the cleaning head. That water was very dirty though so overall the result was good.

Received today. Super easy to use. 10/10. Did lot of research before I settled on this one. Brilliant price too. Photos below show after cleaning sofa and a foot stool. Unreal.

I had it 4 months and then it stopped working. When I first got it, it was brilliant and I didn’t have to get my alternative big hefty carpet cleaner out, this was much easier to carry around to do those quick spot cleans. The suction was good, it was easy to use. I liked the fact I could clean my sofas and carpet.. light weight and had a choice of attachments - one with a brush . The tank filled up quickly so I was constantly emptying it. However once you go out of the return window, you’re screwed. Luckily I got it in a deal and didn’t pay the full amount. After 4 months the spray nozzle stopped spraying. I checked all the tubes, no blockage. Checked all inside, even unscrewed it all and had a look around to see what could be the cause. It just didn’t want to spray the water out anymore. It dribbled out… perhaps it wasn’t getting excited enough. I googled everything to try and find a solution. I could see the water going through the tubes fine, but obviously there was an issue with the pump / motor. It still worked to suck water up from the carpet but no good to me without the spray nozzle squirting the fluids out. So as I can’t return, this will be going to the tip.
