It is important to note that I am highly skeptical of weight loss products and use a critical eye before trying supplements. That said, I am buying my second jar of this berberine because I am enjoying the positive effects. My sugar cravings are pretty wild, and get worse around my menses. When I take these pills regularly, I really don't have any cravings for most of the month, and I might get one "bad" day around my menses. This is a total net win for me, as I originally decided to try this particular supplement for the claims of reducing sugar cravings. When I don't take it regularly, I definitely feel like I am snackier and want more sweets. Is it a placebo effect? Perhaps. But I have experienced these changes reliably, so I am confident in it. I don't see any change in my energy; this doesn't effect my sleep negatively, nor am I feeling more energetic throughout the day. Just a non-issue for me, personally. I find the appetite suppression to be mild, which is my preference. When taken regularly, I find I am less likely to snack throughout the day, and I am satiated with smaller portions during meals without the urge to go back for seconds "just because it tastes good". The suppressive quality is mild enough where it doesn't impact my eating schedule, though, inasmuch as I still want to have breakfast and dinner at the same time, and I am definitely hungry enough to eat when mealtimes come around. Again, this is ideal for me since I wasn't looking to "forget" to eat, I just wanted to help stop the food noise. All in all, I find this supplement to be incredibly helpful in my ongoing health journey and will continue to use it.

Good product

This product has really helped to curb my appetite. The different combination of herbals have truly curbed my appetite. As another customer pointed out, I did seem to get help in the afternoon by being more awake when I am usually a little tired

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I felt nothing with this. It didn’t help at all. I really wanted it to but nothing. I tried returning it and I’m unable to return it. It is what it is but won’t do this again. Buyer beware.

Fast shipping and good packaging. So far I have noticed differences in how I feel and have lost some weight already! Don’t enjoy having to take multiple times a day but it’s worth it.

Keeps me fuller longer

I've only been taking this for a little over a week. I started with 1 capsule a day to see how I reacted and it really wasn't until about the 3rd day that my sugar cravings stopped. I never had a sweet tooth until I did the keto diet for a year and then craved sugar like crazy which I found weird because I was never much of a sweets eater. The package came just before Christmas so there's been tons of goodies in the house and I don't hear that junk food call you get in your head lol I'm still not taking 3 pills a day. It's not much but I've lost 3lbs and I'm definitely not as hungry. I measure out 1 serving and that's enough. So far I'm happy with the weight loss. It's helping me make healthier decisions which makes me feel good. I don't get any side effects. The holidays have been hectic and I normally exercise 5 days a week but I haven't since I've been taking these. Now that things are calming down I'll start my normal routine again and hopefully I'll remember to give an update in a week or 2. I think if you're on a search for something to help control cravings this is worth a try. The only thing it doesn't do for me is give me energy but that's ok with me. Today makes 1 month of being on these supplements. Although I'm still not taking the full dose because 2 is working great. I still do not have any junk food cravings, I've lost a total of 10lbs as of today and 7.5 inches.. some off my belly.. some off my arms and thighs and calves. I've started my routine exercises again after my first post. Exercising 4-5 times a week. I've noticed my clothes aren't as tight. I absolutely love those product and I've recommended it to several friends. Try it.. you may be as pleasantly surprised as I am!

It didnt make me feel full and caused horrible bowel movements. I would consider buying something else, it smelled horrible and the capsule tastes very weird like plastic. It was very hard to swallow.
