I've been taking this for 3 weeks and I can see a HUGE difference in suppressing my appetite/cravings, and my energy in the mornings has boosted to a new level... I'm typically not a morning person, but it's definitely become a part of my morning routine to aid in that morning mental grogginess. Shoutout to GenOne for making a superior product.

The taste is ok. And I like that its not artificially sweetened. I havent been using it long to give a full review.

I find this product great! I like the taste. I do have more energy during my workout. The only negative is that it didn't come with a scoop. So I have just guessing on how much to put in.

It smells like throw up. It don’t taste that was but I just can’t get past the smell.
