Nice product loved the coverage and glow which I get through it

I had bought this product and myself wife had just opened the product on 10th March as she was outnof town. Once the product was opened she was amazed that the product is worst and damaged. Now if we want to change it , it is showing that it cannot be returned now We have lost out money Who will pay for this damage????
