How many ml/ounces does 400g make?

1 scoop is about 4.4 grams so you can get about 90 scoops per 400g tin (90.909) but we cant use uneven scoops) each scoop mixes with 30 ml of water, so works out to approx 2700 ml for the whole tin. Hope that helps!
