I own every book written by James Norbury. When I saw this was coming out I had to buy it. His story telling is great and his art work is amazing. The book is kind of sad but what you learn from it can be used in your own life. It doesn't take long to read but I like to read his books several times to savor what he has to teach. Can't wait for the next one!

Another beautiful book to cherish. I always look out for the new book by James Norbury. Never disappoints you ever. Every single book he has written has been different with new characters and meaning to them. The beautiful artwork is outstanding. The book is in hard back so that the pages are protected. Another book to add to my collection. Thank you James Norbury. Look forward to reading the next one.

I have always loved the books by Norbury. While the literal content may be covered in less than twenty minutes, these are books that one needs to savour...each page, each illustration, every stroke of the brush in the paintings. Pause, take in the content, immerse yourself into the illustration, "be there with the characters", be an empath to feel the weight of the words.This is a gem of a creation. I have loved The Journey, and now this one is equally an immersive book. There are loads of books on the market which talks about Zen, compassion, self help, motivation etc. Norbury seems to hit the spot without using a single jargon in his entire book. The simplicity of the characters, situations and the words speaks volumes. I will not spoil the reading. Do read it. There is absolutely no way one could go wrong with this purchase.

The story and the artwork are sublime, as an adult reader, I treated myself to a chapter a day to savour every moment of the story.

Another beautiful tale with stunning illustrations and a heart of Zen. A very special book and a must for some for the festive season, which should put the whole commercial insanity into perspective.

This author is absolutely marvellous and his writing is absolutely beautiful. I own all his books and they are just stunning. The illustrations are incredible and the words hit you in the feels. These books are worth by far every penny. Definitely treat your shelf and yourself to a book by this author.
