Mos Generator has returned after a three year hiatus with the introspective and dynamically heavy Nomads! Fusing the band’s trademark sound of explosive heavy dissonance with equally beautiful melodic passages, the Port Orchard trio is giving the fans a forty minute rock n’ roll treat that is five years in the making. Lyrically, Mos Generator is taking their listeners to the deepest depths of the human condition and the constant struggle for soul survival, and along the way, those same listeners are headed to the cosmos with visionary tales. Recorded at HeavyHead Studios by Tony Reed (Stone Axe/Blood of the Sun).

A masterwork of modern 70s rock
This is their best album yet. Tony Dallas Reed is one of the best musicians and songwriters in the biz today. He is by far the most unsung guitar player of this generation. Go buy every Mos Generator and Stone Axe album you can. You won't be disappointed.

EPIC ALBUM!!
I had never heard of Mos until I saw them open for Fu Manchu last year in Chicago. I was hooked instantly!!!! I’ve been blasting everybody’s ears at work with their Nomad album. I think all of their albums are killer but this is my favorite one so far!!!

rip-roaring, classic stoner metal rock with a blast of 70s guitar riffs
4th? studio album from this killer rock trio out of Washington state—rip-roaring, classic stoner metal rock with a 70s guitar riff-blast of melody & power. Tony Reed is just an outstanding vocalist & guitarist in the classic rock vein. Includes members from Treepeople, Stone Axe, Blood of the Sun, Voodoo Gearshift, Mind Funk. Also features a Judas Priest cover. Recalls bands like Monster Magnet, Deep Purple, Kyuss, Horisont, Nightstalker, Mountain, Queens of the Stone Age, Fireball Ministry, Thin Lizzy. “Nomads” is a potent, cranked-up heavy rock album that delivers the goods with muscle & style.
