I’m very picky about protein drinks. I’ve tried several other brands of clear protein drinks, and while some of them are good, they tend to have fairly muted flavors and all have a very strong, lingering artificial sweetener aftertaste, at least least to me. These protein drinks from Ryse are different. The flavors are much stronger and, while I know that they’re artificially sweetened, they don’t have that really strong artificial flavor. I tried the variety pack with tropical punch, pineapple, strawberry banana, and lime. I really thought that the strawberry banana would be my favorite, but it actually is the most muted flavor of the four. My favorites are the tropical punch and the lime, which is actually Key lime pie. I’ve already put them on a monthly subscription.

I may get a bit graphic for some, but it's reality. When you have to have a colonoscopy, you are nearly starved for up to 40 hours. You can only have clear liquids with no red or blue dyes, the entire day prior to your procedure. I've had to endure these procedures for decades and get so weak, but there has been nothing truly clear with high protein content that is palatable. RYSE is perfect! I purchased a 12 pack of assorted flavors and it saved me as it gave me the protein my body needed, while doing this prep for the procedure. I highly recommend this product and have told many!

These protein drinks are the perfect alternative when you don't want a protein shake. They have great flavor and 22 g of protein is just what I need in a beverage to keep my daily protein intake high. Love that Ryse is a company local to me. Will buy again!

Taste good. 3 sips and I felt like a dead animal on the side of the road waiting to explode. They gave me EXTREME gas and bloating. I bought 3 cases, drank 3 of them and gave the rest away. I’ve talked to others that did not have this response. I recommend sampling before spending $130 like I did only to lose it.

First time trying them they were good. The pineapple and key lime pie sour tasting but were good. The kool aid and strawberry banana my favorite. Good source of protein no mixing just chill and drink. A little bit on pricier side compared to others

First time trying these protein drinks. You will Definitely want to drink cold, and the tartness and sweetness of a bottle, has me only mixing only about 1/3 of the bottle mixed with water. Which is great for me, bc I get my water in, while adding a touch of flavor that is helping get my protein in.I think the flavor was too harsh in the beginning, but since I've added the water to it, it's a great summertime refreshing drink, that I drink all day(w the water)

The fruit punch is the best flavor in my opinion. You can’t tell that it’s a protein drink. I like sweet stuff so this is right up my alley. Other flavors are drinkable but I reordered another case of just fruit punch. There’s no chalky taste along with no mixing. I will buy again once I run out.

So far, I have tried each flavor except for the lemonade. It did not come in my variety back. I will say I think these drinks are completely worth every penny they taste absolutely delicious. I like to pour mine over ice doesn’t have to be cold out of the fridge, but I do like it over ice. It’s very refreshing and I can’t say enough about the flavors. They’re just delicious.
