The motor is not working properly and I tried to request for a return or replacement of the product but it's not letting me to proceed with the steps. And the fan leaves are wooden which won't give us much wind.

Defective product and unhelpful customer care
The product was delivered nearly a month after I paid for it. I had to follow up with them multiple times. After it was delivered after a month, it's defective and not working. I called their customer care number 6 times but there was no one available to help.
