Good product. Cherry coconut seems like an odd combo, but it's good. These are clearly inspired by swedish snus, and serve as a reasonable substitute for when I'm unable to aquire the real stuff due to FDA shenanigans. I've noticed no gum discomfort, probably because I'm already used to a slightly basic portion (the potassium bicarbonate.)

I used Zyn pouches for the longest time and I am trying to move away from them. I would always put the zyn pouches on my lower lip in the same two spots and never had any sort of sensitivity. I even utilized snus pouches before using zyn and that would cause some minor irriation. A week of using these caffeine pouches and my gum line hurts! I started off using 3-4 pouches per day and would leave them in for about an hour but now I no longer wish to use them. The last one I took out today had blood on it from how abrasive and harsh these pouches are. I tried moving them along the gumline to give some areas a break but it doesn't seem to take long to cause irritation. Don't waste your money and if you do use them, use them very sparingly or risk damaging your gums.

You can taste the pouch with every flavor. It's not a good taste.
