Can you actually make and recieve phone calls through the watch or is it like before where you can quick respond?

Someone wrote this only lets you answer if you have an android. I have an iPhone and I am able to see and answer text and phone calls.

does it have the capability to locate cell phone if misplaced?

You can install the "Find My Phone" app through the Fitbit app you need for the watch.

i have read somewhere it has fall detetection. how do you set it up for that?

Accelerometers and gyroscopes within these smart watches are commonly used to count steps but can also detect falls. That said they can be inaccurate in certain situations and register a false reading (non-fall) . Some systems use AI algorithms to improve the accuracy. They work by measuring the acceleration of a person’s body and can detect sudden changes in movement that "might" indicate a fall. This information is then used to trigger an alert and initiate safety protocols. FACT: Some watch are better than others in regards to this feature. For this watch you would have to enable the feature by downloading and installing an aftermarket app because it's not a feature that is "advertised" as being include with this model. If you really need accurate fall detection to guarantee a loved ones safety ... look for a device specifically designed and built to provide that feature ... and not a questionable aftermarket add-on app that could lead to disaster.
