Absolutely ZERO instruction on how to get everything installed. No videos no paper instructions and worst of all no way to contact the company at all, no number or website. I work for a Mercedes Benz dealership as a tech and figured I’d be able to get it hooked up but in addition to the lack of instruction half the wires were just wrong for my car (2007 S550). I have the NTG 3.0 just like it specifies but still wrong wiring. After spending hours doing all this I finally got it to operate where it then had no audio at all. Just wouldn’t hook up to the car sound system. After spending an hour troubleshooting I decided to restart it which is when it then decided to swap to Mandarin instead of English and there’s no language setting to change it back. Complete waste of money and my entire evening.

Very awesome stereo a lot of great features!

Total piece of junk. None of the wiring was correct (literally nothing was correct) no instructions, no customer support. One of the worst products I’ve ever seen on Amazon.

Horrible unit. No instructions were included. Nothing online to help with an install. And absolutely no chance of customers technical support.. components were missing.

It retains all of the factory settings...Has a very good DSP for your sound....This is a great product for upgrading your S550
