I've been trying different brands and flavors of ramen for what feels like my entire life! I've found that no brand compares to nongshim. While the black version is my all time favorite this is a very close contender. Easy to prepare, tastes amazing, and is just the right amount of spice for me. The noodles themselves are the best I've had in any ramen pack I've had, both overcooked and properly cooked I'm able to enjoy these. I used to live by the cheaper ramen but there really is no comparison with these, they are definitely worth the price. Great pick for a quick meal.

Our family loves ramen. The Shin is by far our favorite. This beef flavor is SPICY! It’s the spiciest of any in the Shin family. I love heat, but this one is at the very top of my threshold of flavor vs being too spicy to enjoy. I have a five star love-hate relationship with this beef Shin Ramen. Your mileage may vary.

Nongshim Ramen Noodles are one of my go-to choices when I want something quick, spicy, and satisfying. It is very flavorful with a big kick of heat, and the noodles have a nice chew to them. Portion size is great. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the sodium content is quite high, and a little to spicy. Next time, I'll just use less of the season packet. I recommend if you're looking for premium instant ramen with real flavor.

The sauce is very hot and spicy. The second time I tried it I used less than a quarter of the spice packet. Use less , stir, than add more, if needed.
