CHEATING ON SPECIFICATIONS
The specifications of the item was 20 cm×5 metres.However, when the tape was used,the length was only 3 meters!That is a reduction of 40 % from the specification claimed.This is pure cheating.My.work is left unfinished As the item was already used in good faith,I am not able to retrieve or return it.You may arrange to supply the balance quantity immediately and get an explanation from the supplier and take appropriate action and give me a feedback also.MATTER URGENT
