I just upgraded from my capsule coffee machine to this espresso machine, and cant be happier about it: 1. The retro style looks very nice, and the creamy white color is beautiful. Though the body is plastic,, but still it looks metallic and of high quality. 2. It comes with a built-in grinder. I haven’t used it yet, but it looks very strong and good quality. The large water tank is another bonus, so I don't need to fill it up frequently. 3. The portafilter feels heavy and very good. It also includes 4 cups, very thoughtful! 4. I was actually a little hesitant before purchasing because some of the reviews Some reviews said the coffee is not hot enough. But if you preheat the machine with the hot water function, the temperature and pressure would both fall into the green area. The coffee comes out very fast and hot enough, and the crema is so thick and nice. Better than I imagined! The noise is also not loud. 5. The steam wand also makes good milk foam. It makes latte and cappuccino easily. Even I tried to make some latte art—it worked well. 6. The machine comes with a cleaning set, very considerate. The drip tray is also easy to take out and clean. Overall this budget machine is well worth the price. The only improvement I can think of is the plastic body, but it’s not a deal breaker. I’m very happy with this machine and would recommend it.

I'm so glad that I switched out my regular coffee maker for this. It's so easy to use, and the coffee taste so much better. We all enjoy being able to get a cup of freshly ground coffee on demand. Such a great addition for my kitchen!

As a coffee lover, it’s a dream to own this Hanrose espresso machine. This coffee machine has everything I need and is very similar to my old breville espresso machine which cost way more. It gives me wonderful espresso at just the right temperature. Also I love Kona coffee bean and the built in grinder makes quick work of the beans. Always giving me precise coffee grounds. The frother warms up my milk and allows me to make amazing latte. Overall this coffee machine brings me great pleasure and joy.

Very disappointing experience. The retro-look is nice, but that's about the only thing going for it. For starters it looks quite cheaply made. Then the pump makes an incredibly loud, almost shrieking noise which does not inspire much confidence. Then, after several bouts of fine-tuning, the coffee is not espresso-quality (even though I use Lavazza espresso roasted beans) and is otherwise rather lukewarm. The tamper is bulky and there's no place to hide all the utensils other than to place them on top of the machine, which has limited footprint (if you came off a Breville, you will totally get it). Finally, it is impossible to tap the grind off from the portafilter. I have to use a sharp knife each time, which is impractical. Overall, very disappointing. I am returning it.

I have been making lattes at home for years, this Hanrose espresso machine with grinder makes it easier for me to enjoy lattes twice a day at home. When it comes to espresso machine with grander could be expensive, but this Hanrose espresso machine with grander does a pretty good job with the price. The grander seems to do a good job, you can adjust how fine the grounds are. It brews coffee the way I like, and it’s my favorite coffee maker.

Just received it. Very excited. Grinder works great. Decent water reservoir. Warm up time is fast. Brew time is reasonable. Output coffee isn't very hot. (MY BIG COMPLAINT). The coffee taste good, but it's lukewarm. 2nd Day, the grinder stopped working, and the grinder is stuck in the machine. Gosh, only 2 days use. Brew temp not adjustable, so I have to return it, although it's a decent machine, I don't want to have to microwave my finished brew every time I want a cappucino. Steam was ok, but again, NOT super hot, so the steam time took quite a while. That made the coffee brewed already even cooler by the time I finished steaming. I tried several attempts to see if possibly I wasn't warming the machine up, but I followed the manual, and it just never got hot enuff for a hot brew, and hot steam. Returning.
