Good for Manual lens - but not automatic manual lens
This works well for a full manual lens, but if your lens has a camera lever that stops down the iris automatically when you press the shutter release for automatic but not electronic aperture control you need to get one that has a ring that protrudes inside the thread area. I have both lens and this works well for my full manual or rather ring on outside of lens controlled lenses. So if you need a adapter for that kind of lens, this is it. It micro adjusts with the hex key to get your lens silk screening top and center, it allows me closeup and infinite focus. Yes, this is properly made.

You may need a good set of Allen (TM) wrenches
This adapter consists of two components - a housing with integral m4/3 mount and a m42 mount threaded ring. The ring and housing are connected and held in position by three set screws. On the one I received, these were about 180 degrees out. That is, when I screwed a lens onto the adapter, it was upside down. It was certainly usable, but very annoying. To remedy this, all one has to do is loosen the three set screws, reposition the parts, and tighten the set screws. Unfortunately, I had a cheap set of hex wrenches, and couldn't find the correct size. I actually own the expensive, quality Allen brand Allen wrenches, but I keep them in a safe place. I dug them out, and no surprise, found the correct wrench and adjusted the adapter in about 45 seconds flat. The size needed is the 0.050 inch Allen wrench - the smallest in my set. I retried my cheap set afterward, and the 0.050 cheap hex wrench was too small. You can find a quality set of hex wrenches here:https://smile.amazon.com/Bondhus-20199-Balldriver-L-Wrench-1-5-10mm/dp/B00012Y38W/or here: https://www.amazon.com/Allen-56609G-22-Key-Metric-Long/dp/B005UNKXBS/Other than the repositioning, this adapter works perfectly.

Simple and works great
I got this for my SMC Takumar 135mm f/3.5 lens and works great with my Panasonic GH4 for video. It does everything it needs to do and it’s all metal construction pairs great with the all metal lens. Since it’s a vintage lens and fully manual, I don’t need any electronic components or extra glass as it would only alter the character of the vintage glass. Would buy again

it worked fine.
The threaded ring was offset when shipped, all lens markings were facing downwards. After loosening 3 screws and re-position ring, it worked fine.

Does not lock onto my G85
Looks made well enough.. just won't snap into the camera's mount. it fits into the slots and turns what seems like a full engagement but in never locks into place.. got sick of messing with it so I modified a Fotodiox adapter that was giving me headaches as well.. at least that sucker snaps into the camera's mount..

Works ok, with a tweak
This adapter works as intended, but the Takumar lens was not oriented properly. The distance scale, etc. were not at the top of the lens, but off to one side (a problem with screw-mount lenses). So I took a tiny hex wrench (hex key), loosened the 3 screws on the mounting ring collar, oriented the lens correctly, and re-tightened the screws. Now everything is oriented correctly and it works great.
