They tell you the promo was an Oversight. So they only send the cheap shade. Chloe in customer service was unhelpful and they are shadey and have terrible reviews. The stand is janky and the shade is see-thru.

Very misleading
I bought one for my nieces bday & it did not come as advertised! The powerbank is an "exclusive" item on an upgrade/premium model. VERY dissatisfied & disappointed.
