Best Vit B complex I have tried! I was taking another vit b complex, and didn’t really notice any difference in how I felt. I then read reviews and realized that cyanocobalamin was made from cyanide, and not the best form to take. I searched for a b complex made with methylcobalamin, and found this. I can actually feel energy when I take these. I notice I’m not nearly as tired in the middle of the day as I was before taking. I have had such great results, I have been making my husband and daughter take them!

I have been using this form of B complex for a little over a year. I have always taken a vitamin/ mineral regimen since I was 18 and now 61! No wrinkles at all! Attract young men who are confused and disappointed after I tell them my age! The secret to timeless beauty is to start young! When you're younger you drink alcohol and so on! During those years I was still taking vitamins, advising friends to do so, all while we were enjoying the college years. Guess what I always look 20 years to 30 years younger. I stop getting carded at the age of 50. Never had any medical problems that would require daily medicine. The ladies I went to college with will not have anything to do with me because they look old and like my auntie. They ask me how and I said remember when we were partying I would always take my vitamin regimen that is how! Through this journey I have learned to research! This is the better brand of B complex. The fact it is methylated is great, the folate is great and this brand does not use the b form that has traces of cyanide, Cyanocobalamin. The word out is this cyanide is such a low dosage it is harmless. That is a bunch of malarkey because if you are taking something regularly there is going to be an accumulative effect. Why take that chance? This B complex should be taken in the morning with a meal. If you take it later in the day or early evening it will disrupt your sleeping pattern. Youre mood will be better and it just makes you feel better and happier. I found it necessary for me to take just one instead of two.As I age I am beginning to think it may not be necessary to take vitamins everyday especially if youre taking a few other supplements. You can alternate! Best wishes and good health!PS Today the two bottles of b complex was missing! But I ordered a lot of stuff so it was okay! I called Amazon they corrected the problem immediately! It is expensive but it is best to spend at least 300 dollars a year on top of the line vitamins and minerals than spend 150 dollars a month on medication!!! Its worth it!!!PSS I suspect that those individuals who are getting sick from this B as they claim is more due to them shorting up on the meals and water which is essential for basic survival. Eat better don't think a couple of crackers or donut and a cup of coffee is meal. It does not work like that!!

My daughter has been taking the vitamin b complex for a while … she loves them .. the only thing is that they put a purchase sticker over the original label and when she was removing it, the label ripped off… she always double checks labels when ordering from Amazon….

This is not a review for myself, but for my dog.Earlier this summer, I had discovered that she is allergic to Brewer's Yeast, which is in so many dog food brands and B vitamins as well. I discovered her allergy when I had bought some Brewer's Yeast Powder here on Amazon. After her first dose she was itching terribly. I had wanted to put her on some vitamins to see if her behavior improved and I knew B Complex can help to calm nervous tension. I had been feeding her some very expensive brands of dog food which was grain free. So, trusting it likely was not an allergy to grain, I had a hunch she was deficient in something(not to mention her white tongue... Iron deficiency? I had fed her beets which helped that out quite a bit, but the issue of her hyperactivity and unwillingness to listen was still a problem ).Once I discovered the issue(allergy to yeast), I search for a brand of B Vitamin that she could tolerate(that had no yeast) and I found this one. I have given it to her for the past 10 days straight and I'd like to report that she is doing so much better.This B vitamin, along with fish oil, vitamin E & A, and magnesium, have made a huge difference in her behavior. She has gone from a(what some call a pure pain in the "a_ _".. jumping on them, demanding they play with her CONSTANTLY) to a MUCH more well-behaved dog. NO, she did not need Behavioral Modification nor more training, electro-shick therapy nor threats.. she knows what NOT to do.. she just would not listen nor heed. What she needed was NUTRITION!Yesterday, a friend came over and was amazed at how well-behaved she was and agreed it must be the added nutrition. "Shasha" now listens, looks me in the eye and actually proves she understands me by following simple commands.Also, prior to giving her these nutrients, her coat was dull and she itched terribly and smelled even worse. I could go into more detail, but I just wanted to state that she tolerates this particular B Vitamin VERY well... so well, I plan to switch my B Complex from Pure Encapsulations to this brand.
