Plantronics EHS Cable APV-66 (Avaya)

Works as it should.

The Plantronics EHS Cable APV-66 worked perfectly when paired with my work's Avaya 4621SW IP phone and a Plantronics CS510. I was confused about exactly what functionality this item would provide other than the on-hook/off-hook control.The cable offers the following:on-hook/off-hook control from the head set: Press the button on the headset and the desk phone will go on-hook/off-hook.on-hook/off-hook control from the desk phone: Press the "headset" button on the Avaya desk phone and the headset will activate/deactivate.Ring control/indication: Now the head set beeps softly if the desk phone is ringing. This did not occur before this cable and makes answering calls away from your desk much easier because you can hear the phone ringing in your ear.There may be other features too, but these are the ones that I was curious about. Overall, this item earns 5/5 stars.

I am so happy I got this. I used to use the riser in order to operate my phone and sometime the phone would fall off the cradle and therefore I couldn't hang up and pick up the next call. That's not even a consideration now. Never have to run for the phone now. :-)

The adapter cable arrived on time as expected and worked beautifully the 1st time. Great product!

Works great. Once I realized where to plug what into what I was good to go with my Plantronics wireless headset.

Very good adapter cable, works perfect with Avaya IP 4610 SW and IP 4621 SW phones. Much better design of adapter and less clutter with cables/adapter

This is the way to go, using a Plantronics CS540 headset and Avaya 4621SW IP phone.

Verpackung war schon sehr herunter gekommen, was die Funktion jedoch nicht beeinträchtigt. Daher keine 5 Sterne

Avevo ordinato questo cavo per il mio telefono fisso che in ufficio che è un AVAYA 9620 e non andava bene. Il venditore ha risolto il mio problema, ritirando il cavo e spedendomi, pagando ovviamente la differenza di prezzo tra i due articoli, il cavo compatibile con il mio telefono. Il cavo che nello specifico è il modulo APV 63 funziona molto bene.
