I've been taking NAC for a while now and do feel it's a worthwhile addition to a supplement routine.I was particularly impressed by this one offering a range of other antioxidants in a stack.NAC, Selenium, ALA, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E, l.They are standard (vegan friendly) gel caps, on the larger side, but still easy to swallow with no noticeable taste, though they do have quite a strong smell but that's not uncommon in supplements and doesn't really bother me. 120 capsules at one per day so it's a four month supply for £16.97 so pretty reasonably priced too.The packaging and capsules do give the impression of good quality, and I do feel they're a quality product which I'm happy to include in my daily routine.As I was already taking NAC before reviewing these I can't say I noted any significant difference after starting with them, but also I'm happy to report no side effects.Happy to recommend..

The capsules are quite large and they do have a bit of an odour to them which is a bit off-putting. I’ve not really noticed any benefits in taking these capsules daily for a few weeks. Supplements have different effects on people, I don’t think these work for me, but thats not to say they may not be beneficial for you.
