Cordyceps Mushroom Supplement (4000mg)

I’ve had sufficient mushroom products of quite a few varieties over the past year, and have read a good amount about them too, to start to get a keen sense of what is particularly good and what isn’t, and this supplement has all the markers of being an excellent cordyceps product, which gives me a boost of energy and greater clarity of mind.The extraction method is via dual extraction, which is considered good; the extraction itself is 10:1, which is excellent; the mushroom is taken from 100% fruiting bodies, which is where it should be taken from (which is again excellent); and it’s of a decent strength. Also, it’s created by professional rugby players so there’s a vested interest in getting it right. Even before taking the first capsules it was looking particularly promising and to be on par with the better mushroom products I’ve had.I’m not an athlete (who this seems to be aimed at) but I am involved in a fair amount of physical activity. Even from the outset I noticed results. Of course, there would be a level of expectancy, but I can honestly say there seems to be a definite physical effect too. I’m used to the cordyceps effect anyway and find it fairly quick acting and generally long lasting, and this is the same. I’ve also had quite a lot of experience with Co-Enzyme Q10, of which I can vouch for as well, so it’s a good combination here, especially with the added B6, B12 and vitamin C.The only downside (and it isn’t anything to do with the product as the vitamins are there to enhance it) but with taking other supplements I need to be careful that I’m not getting too much B6 and B12 as they’re fairly common in other products. Apart from that (which isn’t really a negative at all; just something I personally have to be careful with) this is a very good supplement. Naturally, for higher quality products like this it’s a little more expensive, but I think here the price is definitely worth it here.Other bonuses are that it’s additive-free and pro-athlete approved.It’s all good as far as I’m concerned, and I would certainly recommend it.

The capsules are easy enough to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I do feel like I’ve got a bit more energy throughout the day. It’s not like a caffeine hit, but I’ve noticed I don’t hit that mid-afternoon slump as hard. Seems to help with workout stamina too—nothing dramatic, but I feel like I’ve got a little extra in the tank.The added B6, B12, and CoQ10 are a nice touch if you’re not already taking a multivitamin, but if you are, it’s worth checking you’re not doubling up. The only real downside is the price—decent quality, but for a month’s supply, it’s not exactly cheap.I’ll keep taking it to see if the benefits build over time, but so far, it’s a solid supplement. If you’re into fitness or just looking for a natural energy boost, it’s worth a try—just be ready to pay for it (or at least the price of 5 or 6 lattes a month which give you caffeine, sugar, fat versus a supplement that might actually help?)

These capsules provides added protection to the body's immune system, it also helps with cognitive function. Has added Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation, B6 and B12 which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. No adverse reaction since taking these capsules.

I didn't find any difference from what I expected from other reviews, made no difference at all so not worth the money in my opinion

This is both a mushroom supplement AND a multi-vitamin. I can see the appeal to the seller for making it this way, but as a consumer I'd like to be able to take my choice of multivitamin and my choice of other mushroom supplements. Bundling them together is a downer for me.That aside, these are a great supplement, they are easy to swallow and I believe I do feel good after taking them.
